In recent years, dairy sources have also been concentrated in Ningxia and Gansu. These regions account for approximately 70% of the country's dairy cows and over 60% of raw milk. However, the southeastern part of China, which accounts for 95% of the GDP and over 60% of the population, is the main consumer group for the dairy industry.
