The implementation of the ECFA has brought tangible benefits to small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers. However, the suspension of pineapple imports by the mainland due to biosafety concerns is expected to impact Taiwanese farmers. The article also discusses the difference between the "22 Measures for Agriculture and Forestry" and previous measures, focusing on equal treatment for Taiwanese compatriots and enterprises, and the protection of their legal rights and interests.
