Sugar factories in Vinnytsia have already produced 110 thousand tons of sugar.

Sugar beets in Vinnytsia region were harvested on 21 thousand hectares, which constitutes 48% of the total area. The average yield is 432 tons per hectare, which is 30 tons per hectare higher than last year, reports "ProAgro Group".

Currently, all sugar factories have resumed processing of sugar raw materials, according to the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.

In total, since the beginning of the production season, 810 thousand tons of sugar raw materials have been delivered to the region's sugar factories, of which 780 thousand tons have been processed and 110 thousand tons of sugar have been produced.
