Among them, Guizhou Dong Liquor Co., Ltd., Guizhou Kangke Junfeng Wine Industry Co., Ltd., Wahaha Snow Beer (Zunyi) Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Maoquan Wine Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. were selected as Guizhou Province Green Factories; Yanjing Beer (Guizhou) Co., Ltd. and Wahaha Snow Beer (Qiandongnan) Co., Ltd. were selected as Guizhou Province Green Supply Chain Management Enterprises.

Gulin County Liquor Companies Aim for 30 Billion Yuan in Output Value

New Research on Microbial Interactions in Daqu
Recently, Professor Wu Zhongde's team from Sichuan University, in collaboration with the National Solid-State Brewing Engineering Technology Research Center, published a research paper titled "metabolic interactions drive microbial community succession and functional expression of Nongxiangxing (Strong-flavor) daqu (浓香型大曲微生物间的代谢相互作用)" in the international authoritative journal Journal of Advanced Research. This study not only elucidates the microbial metabolic interaction mechanisms during the storage stage of daqu but also provides a theoretical basis for optimizing daqu storage processes and improving liquor quality. At the same time, the results provide an ecological framework that can be referenced for constructing functional synthetic microbial communities, and have broad reference value for traditional fermented food research.

Maotai Circular Production and Investment Company Completes National Pilot Project Construction
Recently, the national circular economy standardization pilot project of the Maotai Circular Production and Investment Company successfully passed expert acceptance. After two years of construction, the company has completed all the set tasks for "resource utilization of brewing by-products in a circular economy," and has led and participated in the formulation of 21 national, industry, group, and enterprise standards, effectively filling multiple industry gaps, constructing a set of scientific and efficient full-chain standard systems.
