At the meeting, the research progress of "the 14th Five-Year Plan" for the brewing sorghum raw materials of the Moutai Group attracted attention. Yang Fan, the director of the Scientific and Technological Research Institute of Moutai Group, gave a speech titled "Research Progress of Moutai Group Baijiu Brewing Raw Materials 'the 14th Five-Year Plan'" at the meeting. The speech systematically reviewed the development trends in the raw material field of the baijiu industry, shared the scientific and technological innovation achievements of Moutai's "four good" (good varieties, good methods, good soil, good conditions) system, and provided a benchmark reference for the high-quality development of industry raw materials with Moutai Group's future planning.
