In the Leningrad region, the sea terminal "Port Favour" is preparing to start shipments of dry mineral fertilizers abroad. Currently, the "Port Alliance" group is actively increasing its capacity to export more of such products. The development is being accelerated thanks to the transfer of technologies between different enterprises of the group. To ensure that the work starts without failures and errors, new employees were sent for internships in Tuapse. There, all the technologies for handling such cargo have already been worked out. The launch of transshipment is scheduled for the summer of 2026. Currently, the terminal is actively recruiting staff: 48 docker-mechanizers are needed just for the operation of the first loading line. The first 20 specialists have already completed the theory and are now training to operate stacker cranes and ship loading machines at the Tuapse bulk terminal.
