Shandong Province announced the "2023 Province-wide Dairy Cow Cost-Saving, Efficiency-Increasing and Healthy Breeding Technology Training Course" in Tai'an, targeting the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin and the "Cooperation Agreement on Collaborative Innovation and Science and Technology for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Dairy Cows". The training course focused on practical paths to reduce costs and increase efficiency, theoretical research on "grass-livestock integration", cutting-edge breeding technologies, and innovation in agricultural processing to enhance the development of the dairy industry. The event gathered industry scientific research experts, front-line technicians, and dairy farmers to exchange practical experience and address the challenges and difficulties facing the dairy industry, with the participation of over 100 people in charge or technical supervisors of large-scale dairy farms and technical extension personnel responsible for dairy production.
