On December 4, 2025, the annual meeting of the Pastry Professional Committee of the China Baked Food and Sugar Products Industry Association (referred to as China Baked Sugar Association) and the National Summary Meeting of the Mooncake Industry was held in Jinan, the Spring City, to deeply explore the current industry operation trends and sort out the work ideas for the next year.
