On November 11-12, 2025, the International Insect Protein Industry Conference was held in Beijing. The conference was hosted by the China Food and Animal and Plant Import and Export Association, co-hosted by the Institute of Apiculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the People's Government of Pinggu District, Beijing, the Professional Committee of Insect Industrialization of the Chinese Entomological Society, the National Key Laboratory of Efficient Breeding and Utilization of Resource Insects, and supported by the International Association of Insect Food and Feed, the Asian Food and Feed Insect Association, and Zhongke Longhua Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., with the Vanke Public Welfare Foundation as the public welfare partner.
