The assets of the "Altan" holding in the Altai Krai were acquired by the State Autonomous Enterprise "Resurs".

The agricultural enterprise group "Resurs" announced the completion of the acquisition of the assets of the pasta holding "Altan." The cost of the deal is undisclosed. The group now includes LLC "TD Altan," JSC "NPF Altan," JSC "Pospelikhinsky Bread Products Plant," and LLC "Pospelikhinskaya Pasta Factory." The enterprises are located in the Pospelikhinsky district of the Altai Krai and specialize in the deep processing of durum wheat, the production of flour and pasta under the Granmulino brand, as well as the sale of finished products. "The acquisition of assets will allow the company to continue the development of the deep processing segment of wheat," commented the group.
