The article highlights the concerns of the Association of Producers of Vegetable Oils and Oil Products in Bulgaria regarding the government's temporary measures to limit the import of grains and oilseed crops from Ukraine. The association warns that these measures will lead to the bankruptcy of Bulgarian processing companies and a chronic shortage of sunflower oil for domestic consumption, potentially resulting in inflation. The association proposes that processing of Ukrainian sunflower should be allowed under full responsibility of the processing enterprises to avoid these negative consequences.
