The Official Bulletin of the Basque Country (BOPV) published on September 17 the Order by which the bases for the call for aid for the digitalization of the food chain and wood of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country are approved for the year 2025. These aids are aimed at supporting the incorporation and promotion of digitalization in the food chain and wood industry, with the objective of improving their competitiveness. They have a triple purpose: to support, on the one hand, companies in their initiation to digitalization through the incorporation of digital systems and those that are in an advanced digitalization phase through the incorporation of 4.0 technology; to promote those strategic digitalization projects that have an impact on the food chain and wood and finally to deploy new digitalization technologies in livestock management.
