"EMA Aid" The objective of this order is to call for aid aimed at promoting equality between women and men in the agricultural sector and contribute to fulfilling part of the objectives established in the Women Farmers Statute, regarding the recognition of the rights of women in the agricultural sector. Associations or organizations from the region may be beneficiaries of these aids. Likewise, groups of natural or legal persons of a private nature, community property or any other type of economic unit or separate patrimony, even lacking legal personality, may access the status of beneficiary entity if they are capable of developing and executing the projects or activities subject to the subsidy.
