(EUROPA PRESS) - The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, Carmen Crespo, has underlined the support of the Junta to the request of the Andalusian sector to advance the period of sardine capture in the Gulf of Cádiz to the month of March, in order to count with more days for the capture of this species. Crespo has transferred to the Ministry the claim being made by the presidents of the Andalusian Federation of Fishermen's Associations (Facope) and the Andalusian Federation of Fishing Associations (Faape), fishermen and shipowners from Andalusia dedicated to the capture of this species, in order to that this "just request" can be met.
