The campaign in the closed area for chondrichthyans in the Argentine-Uruguayan Common Fishing Zone ended successfully

This Sunday the campaign carried out by the National Institute for Fisheries Research and Development (INIDEP) in conjunction with the Directorate of Aquatic Resources (DINARA) of Uruguay, within the scope of the Mixed Technical Commission of the Maritime Front (CTMFM) and the Administrative Commission of the Río de la Plata (CARP), aimed at characterizing the species composition and reproductive stages of cartilaginous fish, in the closed area for chondrichthyans established in the Argentine-Uruguayan Common Fishing Zone. It was carried out on the Oceanographic Fisheries Research Vessel (BIPO), Argentine Sea, with the participation of personnel from DINARA and the Provincial Directorate of Fisheries of the province of Buenos Aires.
