The export duty on sunflower oil will increase by 36.5%

The export duty on sunflower oil in January 2026 will be 9298 rubles/ton, which is 36.5% more than in December. For sunflower meal, the Ministry of Agriculture set a zero duty—for the first time since October 2022. The indicative prices for January are $1,200/ton for oil ($1,169/ton a month ago) and $195.7/ton for meal ($210.9/ton). According to the monitoring of the analytical company "ProZerno", last Friday a ton of Russian sunflower oil cost $1,220, but due to military actions in the Black Sea region, the price rose slightly to $1,280/ton.
