The export of miscellaneous items is a growing sector and already reaches USD 95.4 million.

The export of beef offal is registering strong growth this year. In fact, it has already generated an income of 95.4 million dollars by the end of August, compared to the 54.6 million dollars achieved by the same period last year. A total of 51 million kilos were exported by the end of August this year, against 33.7 million kilos recorded by the end of the same month last year, according to statistics generated by SENACSA. There was an increase of 51.3% in kilos of beef offal exported. It can be seen that there is a significant growth in income compared to the previous year, as the value of sales by the end of August represents a rise of 74.7%. Another notable indicator is that the income from beef offal exports amounts to the equivalent of 6.7% of the total income from beef exports.
