The average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 159.56/kilogram in November 2023, with a 2 percent increase compared to October 2023 but a 25 percent decrease from the previous year. The purchase of raw milk decreased by 2 percent from the previous month but increased by 2 percent compared to November 2022. Raw milk shipments also increased by 12 percent in November 2023 compared to the previous year, and the export price was 11 percent higher than the average producer price.
