Ukraine will maintain the licensing of grain and oilseed exports to Bulgaria, Romania, the Slovak Republic, Hungary, and the Republic of Poland in 2026. This proposal is contained in a draft government resolution published on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine. The licensing will apply to: The Ministry of Economy will consider applications for export licenses within 30 days (provided there is confirmation from the specified countries of readiness to start bilateral consultations).
