The regional government and the regional wine sector organizations presented this Thursday the Inter-professional Wine Organization of Castilla-La Mancha (OIVCLM) in an event chaired by the head of the Regional Executive, Emiliano García-Page, held in Toledo. This organization, which arises from the application of the Law of the Vine and Wine of Castilla-La Mancha, aims to represent, organize, and defend the interests of the regional wine sector and, within it, both the production branch and all the subsectors that make up the processing branch are represented.
