The National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service Jeonnam Office (Director Lee Nam-yoon) announced that from February to November of this year, they conducted a "customized origin labeling inspection" across all life cycles, from infants and young children to the elderly, and detected a total of 21 violations (17 false labeling, 4 unlabeled). This inspection is characterized by focusing on growth (infants and young children, children and adolescents, adults and the elderly) and event (childbirth, marriage, funeral) sectors, considering the consumption characteristics of each life cycle. Additionally, they identified target businesses using the food information utilization system, conducted SNS promotion, and deployed the origin mobile inspection team to focus on businesses with a high likelihood of violations.
