A new pork production and processing site, the largest in the Far East, has been commissioned in the Primorsky Territory, with the Rusagro Group of Companies as the investor. The site will have the capacity to produce 65,000 tons of meat per year, providing affordable supplies to the regional pork market. The facility will employ 1,500 people and is expected to satisfy 90% of Primorye's pork demand within the next four years.
