Yulia Voroshchuk, the owner of OSO TM, has the largest rhubarb farm in Ukraine, renting 19 hectares of land, 10 of which are dedicated to rhubarb. The plantation is always rejuvenating and growing, with harvesting done three times a season. The market for rhubarb is primarily abroad, with plans to sell in Ukraine through supermarket chains, online, and to processors and confectioners. The farm also grows a variety of other organic produce, including sweet corn, squash, zucchini, asparagus beans, cucumbers, potatoes, pumpkins, and greens, as well as spicy and aromatic herbs.
