The Kyrgyz side shall guide and supervise the planting, production, processing, storage, transportation, and export of dried fruits to China, ensuring compliance with the relevant food safety and phytosanitary requirements of China and the Kyrgyz Republic, and preventing contamination by pathogenic microorganisms or toxic and harmful substances. Dried fruits exported to China shall be packaged in clean, hygienic, new materials that meet food safety and plant quarantine requirements, and shall be protected against spillage during transportation. Before shipment, the Kyrgyz side shall inspect the transportation tools for the dried fruits. The transportation tools must meet sanitary and quarantine requirements and must not contain quarantine pests or other restricted quarantine objects, such as weed seeds, live insects, plant residues, soil, and other foreign impurities.
