The Ministry of Agriculture is ready to provide state support to manufacturers of alternative products - for example, vegetable meat. Already now, such support measures can be used for the production and export of any processed crop products. However, there is no demand for such products in Russia yet. Now it is appropriate to speak only about the supply of such products abroad. This opinion was expressed by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut at the Deep Food Tech Conference 2021.
