The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has decided not to mandate the withdrawal of olive oil for the 2025/26 campaign as the threshold for its activation has not been met, according to the resolution published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). The text from the Directorate General for Agricultural Production and Markets determines that "it is not necessary to establish a percentage of olive oil withdrawal for the 2025/26 campaign," as the normatively established threshold has ultimately not been reached. And remember that the activation criterion is defined in article 4 of Order APA/1192/2025, of October 27, which establishes the marketing standard for olive oil for the 2025/2026 campaign. To activate the withdrawal, according to said article, the level of initial stocks for this campaign plus the production estimates should reach 120% of the average of this sum of the previous six campaigns. ...
