Pastrami sales in Kayseri have seen a rise with the easing of restrictions, driven by both the return of expatriates and increased travel. Yasin Güzel, a pastrami maker, anticipates further growth in sales with the full return of expatriates. Currently, meat sausages start from 60 TL and can cost up to 100 TL, while pastrami ranges from 130 TL to 190 TL. Güzel assures customers that there are no price increases at present, but expects changes in the near future.
