The Novosibirsk Region exported over 900 tons of fish to European countries and China

Fillets of pike perch, perch, pike, as well as frozen crucian carp went from the region for export to countries in Europe and China in 2019 - more than 900 tons of fish were exported in total. The volume of fish caught in the region last year amounted to 11.4 thousand tons. The forecast for 2020 is 11.7 thousand tons, while already on September 1, fisheries organizations caught 5257 tons of fish, which is 316.2 tons more than in the same period in 2019 (4940.8 tons). The main fishing water bodies of the region include Lake Chany, lake. Small Chany and Lake Sartlan, which account for 70% of the fish caught for industrial purposes. Also, industrial fishing is carried out at the Novosibirsk reservoir, r. Ob and medium and small lakes of the region.
