The price of hydrated ethanol has started to rise again in the state of São Paulo after six weeks of decline, according to a survey by Cepea. According to the research center, in addition to the heating of demand, with the participation of independent distributors and larger ones, the supply was limited – either due to rains, which paralyzed agricultural and industrial activities, or due to the retraction of sellers, attentive to the product stocks in tanks and betting on higher values.
