The Udmurt Republic's Ministry of Agroindustrial Complex has reported that milk and dairy product prices have remained stable throughout the year, with slight variations. There is no significant increase in the producer's selling prices for these products. However, prices have declined for milk with a fat content of 2.5% and kefir 2.5% in January-February 2021. The production of various dairy products in 2020 saw mixed results, with increases in butter and cottage cheese production, but decreases in cheese production. The production of processed liquid milk, including milk for baby food, experienced an 8.8% decline in the first two months of 2021.
