According to him, compared to refined oil, the content of carotenoids in such oil increases by 21.7 times, tocopherols by 1.6 times, and sterols by 3.6 times. Quality indicators of unrefined rapeseed oil intended for direct consumption have been established, allowing for its extended shelf life.
