There has been criticism that these products lack nutritional design suitable for domestic farming environments. In response, the Rural Development Administration developed mineral block manufacturing technology that reflects the necessary nutrients for different types of livestock such as Hanwoo cattle, goats, and dairy cows. The Korea Rural Development Administration transferred this technology to Sinaec & T Co., Ltd. to help it be utilized on the ground. Moreover, the customized blending technology that reflects the nutritional requirements for different types of livestock is leading to actual improvements in productivity. According to research results from the Rural Development Administration, the breeding success rate of Hanwoo cattle that consumed this feed increased by 40%, and the production rate of Hanwoo cattle of grade 1 or higher increased by 22%. In the case of dairy cows, the somatic cell count, which indicates milk quality, decreased, and the milk fat ratio decreased. However, milk production increased by more than 3%.
