The Russian grain proposal is interesting to Turkey, but politically complex

Russia's proposal to supply 1 million tons of grain to Turkey at a preferential price for processing it into flour and exporting it to countries in need is interesting to Ankara, but requires an assessment of political aspects. A source in Turkish political circles reported this to TASS. “This proposal is interesting to Ankara, including because of the potential participation of Qatar in it. The head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry [Hakan Fidan] in Moscow received more detailed information about this initiative, and it will be appreciated in Ankara.
