The share of Poland in the total raspberry production in the European Union in 2020 was 51%

According to the National Center for Agricultural Support of Poland (KOWR), in the period from 2012 to 2020. Polish producers of raspberries have significantly increased the share of exports in the total crop of their products. Thus, the export of fresh raspberries from Poland increased from 7% to 23% of the total crop, and frozen from 41% to 73%. The cultivation of raspberries for processing, mainly freezing, predominates in the Polish berry sector. 2012 to 2020 the export volume of frozen raspberries ranged from 47 thousand tons to 64 thousand tons. The main country - importer of frozen raspberries from Poland is Germany, where from 16.3 thousand tons to 20.9 thousand tons are supplied annually.
