It is understood that in order to export, the agricultural sector must first consult with South Korea's Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (APQA).
Additionally, it is necessary to follow the plant pest quarantine requirements stipulated by the South Korean side, such as undergoing heat treatment, and having 2% of the export packaging boxes or 600 pieces of fruit per batch inspected by agricultural inspection officials from both countries.
Therefore, companies or business owners who are interested are advised to contact the Myanmar Trade Promotion Association by September 30 (email: nesmyanm ar@gmail.com, phone numbers: 067-408495, 067-408424).

It is reported that this year, Myanmar's mango production has decreased by about 50%, and both domestic and international demand have also decreased.
