The state has made the first payments under the fisheries support program.

Two fish farming enterprises in Donetsk and Sumy regions received 775.1 thousand UAH in partial state compensation. The state support provides for partial reimbursement of up to 30% of the costs for the purchase and cultivation of fish fry for stocking water bodies for the purpose of commercial fish production. Payments are provided for enterprises engaged in the breeding, maintenance, and cultivation of freshwater fish in de-occupied and war-affected territories.
