Cooperation, the Branch Organizations Act, and the guarantee fund are among the key topics that the National Sheep and Goat Association (NOSA) systematically puts on the agenda. This was stated by Simeon Karakolev, co-chair of NOSA, in a conversation about the future of the sector and the need for a clear national vision with Agri.BG. "If we want cooperation in Bulgaria, which is 50 times less than the EU average, we need to build infrastructure. It cannot be done with conditional measures alone – supporting groups and producer organizations – and that's it. Because with conditional measures, we get a conditional result," Karakolev said categorically.
