In 2024, Brazil became the third largest producer of cotton in the world, a feat that resulted in the country's leadership in the global ranking of fiber exports. These results positively impact the economy and impress the end consumers of cotton products. Despite this impressive performance, little is still spoken about the vast technical and scientific journey undertaken by researchers across Brazil until the country reached this level of cotton productivity. With the aim of giving visibility to these topics and bringing the general public closer to the reality of the sector, the Brazilian Cotton Congress (CBA) will bring, in its 15th edition, quality content on the scientific processes behind the success of Brazilian cotton.
