Egypt: The Union of Producers and Exporters of Horticultural Crops launches the first qualitative council for strawberry crops

Major General Ashraf El-Sharkawy, Chairman of the General Union of Producers and Exporters of Horticultural Crops, confirmed that the union launched the first strawberry crop council, in the presence of a group of major producers, farmers, seedling importers, exporters, manufacturers, and some leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture. The event was attended by: Dr. Ayman Hamouda, Director of the Horticultural Research Institute, Dr. Hind Abdel-Latif, Director of the Central Laboratory for the Analysis of Pesticide Residues and Heavy Elements, Dr. Mohamed Ali Fahim, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation and Director of the Climate Change Information Center, Engineer Sami El-Deeb, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the Variety Registration Committee, and Engineer Sayed Abbas, Director of the Technical Office of Agricultural Quarantine.
