The European Union's cheese production is expected to reach 10.40 million tonnes, with exports rising to 1.40 million tonnes due to the opening of new cheese factories. The UK is set to return to 2020 cheese import levels. US cheese exports are set to increase by nearly 8% to 433 thousand tons, with the majority going to Mexico, South Korea, and Japan. Belarus' cheese exports are predicted to rise by +4% to 310 thousand tons, while New Zealand's are expected to decrease by 5% to 340 thousand tons.
