The Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on plant protection: Ukraine takes steps towards European integration

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has generally supported the draft law No. 8340 "On State Regulation of Plant Protection". The document is aimed at introducing a European model of regulation in the field of plant protection, which includes traceability, control and digitalization of procedures, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reports. "The adoption of the Law will allow achieving systemic compatibility of Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation in the areas of plant protection, as well as the use and circulation of plant protection products.
