Bulgaria: The viticultural sector is protesting against Ordinance H-5 for goods with a high fiscal risk

Representatives of the Lozaro Winery Chamber in Pomorie are protesting today against Ordinance No. H-5 of September 29, 2023 on the terms and conditions for implementing fiscal control over the movement of goods with a high fiscal risk on the territory of Bulgaria. The regulation, which had amendments and additions, belongs to the Ministry of Finance. The viticultural sector wants to prevent administrative harassment before the active grape harvest begins. The producers of milk, meat, fruit, including grapes, vegetables, oil, and sugar are affected by Ordinance No. H-5. They are subject to inspections by the National Revenue Agency and the Customs Agency and sanctions if they do not comply with the rules when making deliveries worth more than BGN 5,000 or more than 500 kg, for which a vehicle of more than 3.5 tons is used.
