The wage fund for drivers in the agricultural sector in 2025 increased by 16% — Agrohub study

The wage fund for drivers in the agricultural sector in 2025 increased by 16% compared to 2024 and stands at 56.2 UAH/ha. This is evidenced by the results of a study conducted by Agrohub among 45 field companies belonging to 8 holdings, with a total of 2,700 drivers. Salary varies significantly depending on the class of transport: in the 6–16-ton segment, the average earnings are 31% higher than those of drivers of cars up to 6 tons. As in 2024, the highest incomes are in the over 16-ton category. The average monthly income of a truck driver in 2025 amounted to about 33.7 thousand UAH excluding bonuses, which is 15% more than in 2024. Bus and car drivers on average earn 23.7 thousand UAH—in both categories, this is 16% more than last year. The income of gas station attendants also increased by 8% and amounts to 25.5 thousand UAH.
