The winery in Novo Selo opens its doors to guests and friends on the occasion of Trifon Zarezan.

All the settlements in the Novo Selo municipality are permanently linked to winemaking, and the pruning of Trifon Zarezan's vineyards is a festival that does not pass in silence. There are events on both dates – February 1 and 14, with the settlements Novo Selo and Negovantsy celebrating on Saturday, February 14. This day is also the official holiday of the municipality. "In cooperation with the Novo Selo municipality, the community center, and the school, we strive to renew and preserve the tradition of pruning the vineyards, as well as passing the baton from the old Trifon to the young Trifon, who will take over the cultivation of the vineyards," Anita Mladenova, a technologist at the Novo Selo winery, told Agri.bg.
