There is no danger for the fall crops in Ukraine, it is warm like the beginning of November.

From the start of the first 10-day period of December, the autumn crops in most of the territory of Ukraine have finally entered a phase of shallow winter rest, experts from the Ukrainian Hydrological and Meteorological Centre announced in their regular report, referring to observations by agrometeorologists. Only in the southernmost parts of the country and in some areas of the central regions, the warm weather contributed to slow growth processes in the autumn crops. The sufficient warmth and optimal soil moisture created the best conditions for the rooting of the plants.
