The Social Development Cooperation Fund (Foncodes), through the Territorial Unit Ica, implements 12 Haku Wiñay productive projects for 4000 user households, with an investment of S/24 million, promoting the development of productive capacities and the management of inclusive rural entrepreneurship among families in situations of poverty and extreme poverty. The head of Foncodes – Territorial Unit Ica, Edwin Romero Iparraguirre, reported that the Haku Wiñay interventions are being developed in the districts of Pilpichaca, Santiago de Chocorvos, and San Francisco de Sangayaico, in the Huancavelica region. Likewise, they reach the districts of Chipao, San Juan, Pararca, San Pedro, and Upahuacho, in the Ayacucho region, and the district of Yauca del Rosario, in the Ica region.
