The agricultural self-government raises the issue of individuals declining to sign contracts after winning tenders for leasing agricultural properties from the state assets. It proposes changes in the regulations concerning this matter. To address the legislative and organizational actions aimed at changing the principles of conducting tenders for leasing agricultural properties from the State Agricultural Property Fund (ZWRSP) - particularly regarding the consequences of the tender winner refusing to sign the contract - the Management Board of the National Council of Agricultural Chambers (KRIR) appealed to the Minister of Agriculture on December 30.
