The National Garlic Table has denounced the alleged fraudulent entry of frozen garlic from China into the European Union. A situation that causes Chinese garlic to enter the EU at a lower price, thus limiting the sale of Spanish garlic at profitable prices for producers. This was announced this Tuesday by the members of the National Garlic Table during the celebration of its General Assembly in Las Pedroñeras, where they have made public the results of the report prepared by the organization on the alleged irregularities in imports of frozen garlic from of China in Europe.
