This was indicated by the president of the consulting firm Inform@cción, Fernando Cillóniz Benavides, who detailed that four regions (La Libertad, Lambayeque, Ica, and Ancash) concentrated 93.02% of the total blueberry shipments from Peru in the analyzed period. La Libertad confirmed its leadership in the production and export of this fruit, dispatching 113,355,521 kilos, reflecting an increase of +32.31% and participating with 51.60% of the total. Lambayeque follows with 50,208,708 kilos (+35.40%), representing 22.85% of the total; Ica with 25,864,695 kilos (+60.59%) and concentrating 11.77% of the total; Ancash, with 14,926,598 kilos (+17.56%), participating with 6.80% of the total.
