This year, 1,700 tons of seed potatoes of the Dutch variety Artemis will be planted in the agrocluster Agrover of Uzbekistan

On the fields of the "Bostanlyk Potato Center" of the Agrover cluster, located in the Tashkent region (Uzbekistan), seed potatoes are currently being planted. Representatives of this center brought 1,700 tons of potatoes of the Dutch elite variety "Artemis" for growing seed potatoes, which are sown at 2.5-3 tons per hectare, depending on the size of the seed material. For this year's harvest, the center plans to plant seed potatoes on 750 hectares of land, of which 350 hectares are now fully sown, and sowing continues on the remaining areas, the website of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
